How does pricing work?
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed-fee proposal after a free scoping call — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. The scoping call is the fastest way to get a real number for your specific project. We'd rather give you an honest tailored quote than a misleading public price list.
How fast do you ship?
Faster than a typical agency, slower than a script kiddie. Every project has its own shape — integration breadth, data needs, infrastructure ownership, edge-case rigour all move the number. We commit to a specific delivery shape in writing during scoping, not as a marketing claim on a website. The fastest way to a real answer is the free 30-minute scoping call.
Do you only work with English-speaking clients?
We work in English primarily, but can handle technical projects in Mandarin Chinese. Documentation and code comments default to English for long-term maintainability.
What happens after the project ships?
You receive the full code repository, infrastructure documentation, and a 30-minute handover walkthrough. Most clients self-manage after handover. Optional ongoing maintenance is available — discussed during scoping.

Can you work with my existing stack?
Yes. We integrate with whatever you already use — Notion, Linear, Slack, Discord, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, AWS, GCP, your existing self-hosted stack. We bias toward open-source and self-hostable tools, but we won't force a rewrite if your current stack is working.
Do you do equity-based work or pure cash?
Cash only for engagements. We're not interested in equity — it doesn't align with how solo operators run their business, and it complicates the relationship.
